Genevieve Swiss HIGH PERFORMANCE Thread Whirling Rings enhance your thread whirling application by increasing the number of available cutters contained within the thread whirling ring. By implementing more cutting inserts, speeds & feeds can be increased. Chipload per insert edge is decreased, thereby increasing tool life significantly.

High Performance Thread Whirling is a fast and accurate way to increase the amount of completed parts at the end of your day. Thread Whirling is ideal for parts such as Medical & Dental Implants, Aeropace Fasteners and any part design that incorporates long thread profiles

ABOVE LEFT: 4mm diameter tapered bone screw thread whirled from blank diameter to complete thread in one pass. Using a High Performance Thread Whirling attachment, this part only takes 15 to 20 seconds of machine time to perform the thread whirling process.

ABOVE RIGHT: A Thread Whirling Spindle nears the completion of the whirling process on a large spinal screw. The conical shape to the spindle's thru-diameter allows for adjustment of the helix angle of the threads to be whirled.
