ABOVE LEFT: 4mm diameter tapered bone screw thread whirled from blank diameter to complete thread in one pass. Using a High Performance Thread Whirling attachment, this part only takes 15 to 20 seconds of machine time to perform the thread whirling process.
ABOVE RIGHT: A Thread Whirling Spindle nears the completion of the whirling process on a large spinal screw. The conical shape to the spindle's thru-diameter allows for adjustment of the helix angle of the threads need to be whirled.
